OBJECTIVE : Process monitoring mechanism improved for effective change management.
METHODOLOGY:Interactive and participatory sessions brainstorming the participants on the holistic approach in development process monitoring aspects.Case studies, group exercise and collective learning methods to be used in refreshing knowledge on process monitoring.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES OF THE PROGRAM:At the end of the workshop, the participants can correlate action plan, finance plan and results plan in a holistic manner to understand the various process involved and to adopt a suitable monitoring mechanism.
